Healthy Running Foundation L1 Program
You'll start here to go from 1 minute of running to 30 minutes of running in 12 weeks.
Healthy Running Foundation L2 Program
Next, continue here to go from 30 minutes of running to 90 minutes of running in 12 weeks - while slowly adding in speed work.
Half Marathon L1 Program
Finally, use this Healthy Running base youâve built to prepare for your first half marathon in 12-16 weeks! Or, if seeking a greater challenge, you may choose to follow the Half Marathon L2 Program to run your best half marathon yet.
