About Running4U


There is a lot of uniqueness in the sport of running.

Your training & injury history, your personal goals, your reasoning behind why you want to run in the first place, among others.

Running4U was founded with an intent to help you find an approach to running that actually works well "for you" in the context of your uniqueness and individuality.

Two big goals I have for the Running4U community are to:

1) Understand how small the barrier to entry to running truly is

2) Understand how your potential as a runner is much higher than you think it is

Whether you have goals to run a 5K or marathon, shed a few pounds, build a foundation of injury-free running, or simply start running for the first time ever...

I'd love to help you find an approach that works for you to not only accomplish these goals, but to surpass them.
