My knees feel better than when I was trying to run on my own. On good days I have to remind myself, don’t over do it, stick with the plan. Running was something I loved to do, had 2 babies and gained some weight, life got busy and I fell out of practice. Every time I tried to start again it just hurt, I’m so happy I’m finally finding myself back on my path.
